Rise of Talents 2018 is a talent show organised by the Rotaract Clubs of Curtin Malaysia, UNIMAS and SEGi College Sarawak.
The client requested for designs that appealed to teenagers and young adults. In order to achieve this, I decided to utilise a more modern style for the poster and tickets. Solid colours, geometric shapes and the specific choice of fonts help to achieve this aesthetic.
The colours used are representative of the Rotaract Club branding and while the client didn’t request for all the brand colours to be present, I took it upon myself to try and include them in the designs. The contrasting colours of blue, yellow and pink ended up working well with the whole modern style.
